Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup salt
2 Tablespoons cream of tartar
1 cup of water
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Food coloring
Kool-Aid packs (1 per batch)
Directions:
1. Add flour, salt, and cream of tartar, and one Kool-Aid packet to a mixing bowl and set aside.
2. Combine water (warm, not hot) and oil together in bowl.
3. Add the flour mixture and liquid together. Stir continuously until a stiff ball forms.
4. Invite children over to knead the dough.
5. Set out different playdough tools and toys for them to explore with.
6. Store playdough in an airtight container to prolong use.
